Our culinary focus for the current Cottage Lush Guest Theme Night is the Oaxaca region in Mexico and it's cuisine. While perusing Oaxaca recipes one night while enjoying a glass of wine, we found what turned out to be, one of the best cookbooks we've ever purchased by Bricia Lopez.
